Position Summary: Manage and supervise compliance with SSOMA regulations, promote a preventive culture, and ensure adherence to legal requirements. Key Highlights: 1. Manages, supervises, and ensures compliance with SSOMA regulations. 2. Develops, implements, and updates safety procedures and plans. 3. Conducts inspections, audits, and training on SSOMA matters. Position Objective To manage, supervise, and ensure compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management (SSOMA) regulations, promoting a preventive culture and ensuring adherence to current legal requirements and the company's internal guidelines. Main Responsibilities * Supervise compliance with occupational safety and health regulations during operations. * Develop, implement, and update procedures, IPERC matrices, and safety plans. * Conduct inspections, audits, and training on SSOMA matters. * Investigate incidents, accidents, and substandard acts/conditions. * Prepare SSOMA management reports and performance indicators. * Verify proper use of PPE and compliance with safety protocols. * Coordinate staff inductions and training sessions. * Manage documentation required by clients and regulatory authorities. * Propose corrective and preventive actions to minimize risks. * Supervise compliance with environmental and occupational health regulations. Requirements * Bachelor's degree and professional license in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of the Occupational Safety and Health Law and current regulations. * Proficiency in IPERC, ATS, and risk management. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Completion of SSOMA-related courses or diplomas is desirable.
