Your journey toward impact and innovation begins here at WSP! **Key Responsibilities:** * Implement, maintain, and administer the management system within the work team. * Monitor, review, and ensure compliance with environmental procedures and standards on the assigned project. * Address environmental requirements of the assigned project. * Represent the technical team on environmental matters jointly with the Senior Engineer and the SSOMA Manager. * Support external audits, inspections, certifications, or managerial safety evaluations related to health, safety, quality, and environment. * Coordinate, develop, and update risk matrices and environmental aspects matrices for assigned projects. * Prepare, review, and update procedures, instructions, forms, plans, programs, and other documents to ensure effective project performance. * Develop and prepare training and awareness materials related to environmental topics. * Actively participate in training delivery by conducting courses, lectures, or workshops. * Communicate and disseminate to direct reports organizational communications, directives, orders, or similar instructions applicable to their work. * Lead, coordinate, and participate in investigations of environmental incidents and follow up on environmental incident or non-conformance reports for area projects. * Conduct internal or external audits, office and field inspections, and generate corresponding reports. * Evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions taken in response to incident or non-conformance reports related to assigned projects. * Coordinate and ensure maintenance and updating of Contingency Plans for assigned projects. * Fulfill functions or responsibilities assigned under company programs, plans, regulations, procedures, and other established management tools, as well as requirements of the management system. * Report incidents and non-conformances occurring during work activities. * Maintain order and cleanliness in offices or work areas. * Comply with legal requirements and other voluntary commitments assumed by the company. * Comply with internal policies and procedures of the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety in the activities performed, among others. **Professional Background:** * Degree in Environmental Engineering and/or Mining Engineering and/or Geological Engineering and/or Industrial Engineering or related fields. * Preferred: coursework and/or diplomas in environmental topics and/or integrated management systems or related subjects. * Minimum four (4) years of experience in roles and/or functions related to environmental management. * Preferred: experience in execution and/or supervision of mining projects, large-scale earthworks, and general infrastructure projects in the mining and/or hydrocarbons sectors. * Preferably residing in the southern region of the country. * Immediate availability required. \#Peru \#LI\-VE1 \#LI\-Onsite **Primary Location** PE\-LIM\-Lima**Schedule** Full\-time**Employee Status** Temporary**Experience (Minimum Yrs.)** 4**Job Posting** May 14, 2026, 3:03:07 PM
