Job Summary:
An OHS professional responsible for analyzing risks, implementing programs, and verifying regulatory compliance to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze and assess workplace risk conditions
2. Collaborate in the implementation and monitoring of the annual OHS plan
3. Conduct regular inspections and support environmental management

REQUIREMENTS:
\-Graduates in Mining Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
\-Valid professional license
\-2 years of experience in OHS
\-Knowledge of occupational safety and health
\-Immediate availability
\-Residence in areas near the ATE office location

RESPONSIBILITIES:
\-Analyze and assess workplace risk conditions.
\-Collaborate in the implementation and monitoring of the annual OHS plan.
\-Participate in organizing and delivering safety and environmental training sessions for staff.
\-Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with OHS regulations.
\-Support data collection and analysis for report preparation and reporting.
\-Deliver daily morning safety and health talks
\-Verify proper delivery, use, and condition of personal protective equipment (PPE) for staff.
\-Support waste management, segregation, and basic environmental control.
\-Monitor occupational hygiene conditions (noise, dust, lighting, order, etc.)
\-Record and investigate incidents and near-misses jointly with the responsible department.
