Support the development of base mapping and thematic coverages 2. Participate in supporting environmental studies and proposals 3. Collaborate in preparing engineering drawings **Requisition Number:** 24093BR **Description:** Stantec is seeking to hire a GIS/CAD Intern for its offices in Peru, requiring a professional with at least one year of general work experience. Key responsibilities include: * Participating in developing base mapping and thematic coverages for environmental studies within the department * Supporting the implementation and maintenance of the environmental department’s project database * Supporting the development and composition of maps, CAD and GIS figures for various environmental studies and proposals from the Environmental Department * Supporting the editing and preparation of engineering drawings for the project description section **Qualifications:** Requirements for this position are: * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Geographical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Geography, or related fields * Prior experience in similar roles is desirable * Basic proficiency in GIS * Basic proficiency in CAD * Basic proficiency in English The Stantec community includes approximately 34,000 employees working across more than 450 locations on six continents.
