Opportunity for professional development **OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY SPECIALIST** **We are currently seeking an Occupational Health and Safety Specialist**, committed to workplace safety and health, to join our team and provide support for engineering, maintenance, and civil works projects. **Requirements:** * Graduate professional in Industrial Engineering, Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Registered and licensed with the Professional Association (mandatory). * Minimum 2 years of experience as an Occupational Health and Safety Specialist, SST Supervisor, or in similar positions. * Knowledge of Law No. 29783, its regulations, and current Occupational Health and Safety standards. * Experience in high-risk activities (e.g., work at height, electrical work, confined space entry, load lifting, etc.). * Proficiency in IPERC, ATS, PETS, and other Occupational Health and Safety documentation. * Knowledge of incident investigation and safety reporting management. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Willingness to perform fieldwork and travel as required. * Driver's license A\-I (desirable). **Responsibilities:** * Supervise compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations on construction sites and service operations. * Develop, implement, and monitor procedures, IPERC matrices, ATS, and other Occupational Health and Safety management documents. * Conduct safety inspections and verify proper application of operational controls. * Deliver safety inductions, training sessions, and safety talks to personnel. * Participate in investigations of incidents, accidents, and substandard conditions. * Prepare safety reports and compliance reports. * Verify appropriate use of personal and collective protective equipment. * Coordinate preventive and corrective actions to ensure compliance with safety standards. **Competencies:** * Leadership. * Effective communication. * Proactivity. * Organization and planning. * Ability to work under pressure. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. **We Offer:** Formal employment registration in accordance with Peruvian labor law.
