Job Summary:
We are seeking an Occupational Risk Prevention Specialist to oversee workplace safety and health, prevent accidents, and ensure regulatory compliance on a construction project.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement and promote occupational accident prevention measures.
2. Supervise compliance with safety standards and applicable legal regulations.
3. Train personnel in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and Environmental Management.
At **AyA Edificaciones**, we are looking for an **OCCUPATIONAL RISK PREVENTION SPECIALIST** to join our team on a new construction site located in **JESUS MARIA, LIMA**.
Requirements:
* Technical degree in Occupational Safety and Health or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
* Minimum 3 years of experience after graduation in occupational risk prevention roles, preferably in building construction projects.
* Diploma or Specialization Program in Safety, Occupational Health and Environmental Management (SSOMA).
* Experience with suspended scaffolding and high-risk work activities.
Responsibilities:
* Implement, promote, and supervise SSOMA area actions for occupational accident prevention.
* Conduct scheduled inspections of own and third-party works according to the Annual SSOMA Program.
* Supervise compliance with safety, occupational health, environmental, and current legal regulatory standards.
* Investigate accidents and incidents, manage corrective actions, and follow up until closure.
* Control personnel entry and exit at the construction site (insurance policies, EMOs, inductions, route sheets, etc.).
* Update and manage the IPER, operational controls, and preventive measures on site.
* Train personnel in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and Environmental Management, including daily toolbox talks and training programs.
* Lead and document meetings of the Occupational Safety and Health Subcommittee.
* Manage administration of PPE, emergency equipment, and emergency response teams.
* Maintain up-to-date SSOMA documentation (plans, records, physical and digital files).
* Prepare monthly SSOMA reports, statistics, and indicators as required by current regulations.
* Supervise SSOMA management by subcontractors and site visitors.
* Participate in internal and external audits of the Integrated Management System (IMS).

Salary: S/.2,800.00 – S/.3,000.00 per month
