Positive work environment and performance bonus LOCATION: CALLAO REQUIREMENTS: \- Graduates in Mining, Environmental, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines \- Valid professional license \- 3 years of SSOMA experience \- Knowledge of occupational safety and health \- Immediate availability \- Residence in areas near the Callao location COMPETENCIES: \- Ability to work under pressure \- Effective communication at all levels \- Organization \- Results orientation \- Analytical leadership ability \- Problem-solving ability FUNCTIONS: \- Analyze and assess workplace risk conditions. \- Collaborate in the implementation and monitoring of the annual OSH plan. \- Participate in organizing and delivering safety and environmental training to staff. \- Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with SOMA regulations. \- Support data collection and analysis for report preparation. \- Deliver morning safety and health talks \- Verify proper delivery, use, and condition of personnel PPE. \- Support waste management, segregation, and basic environmental control. \- Monitor occupational hygiene conditions (noise, dust, lighting, order, etc.) \- Record and investigate incidents and near-misses together with the responsible department.
