Continuous supervision and regulatory compliance We are recruiting (2\) SSOMA Safety Supervisors for KM40 LURIN to join our company—highly professional, qualified individuals capable of leadership, communication, and reporting. **Job Description:** * Responsible for enforcing the Safety Program aimed at achieving the company's established standards. * Development, approval, and dissemination of the Risk Prevention and Safety Program for activities carried out under the SERVICE. * Conduct continuous supervision of the SERVICE, verifying compliance with current legal regulations and Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental standards. * Carry out planned and unplanned inspections according to Occupational Health and Safety standards. * Participate in the investigation and review of Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental incident and accident reports. * Deliver Safety and Occupational Health talks. * Sustainability impact analysis (health, safety, and environment). * Preparation of risk analyses for field execution. Requirements: * Must reside in Lurin KM 40 or CHEPEN. * Degree-holding professional in Engineering (preferably Safety or Industrial Engineering). * Minimum of 3 years' verifiable experience performing supervisory functions related to Safety and/or Environment in the Industrial Sector. * Must remain constantly attentive as a position of responsibility, maintaining ongoing contact with assigned operators. * Preferred qualifications include knowledge of Comprehensive Occupational Health Management, applicable Occupational Safety and Health legislation, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, equivalent Peruvian Technical Standards, Risk Analysis methodology and application, Environmental Impact Identification, Waste Management and Disposal Programs, Emergency Response, Effective Communication Techniques, Personnel Administration, Organization and Planning, Interpersonal Relations, Leadership, and Teamwork, among others. * Ability to read, synthesize, and write technical documents. * Certification of competencies for high-risk work and first aid. Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Saturday: 8:00 am to 1:00 pm Benefits: \- Formal payroll registration. \- Salary of 2,000\.00\. \- Provision of lunch.
