Position Summary: Supervises field service activities, conducts safety inspections, and prepares SSOMA documentation to ensure regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leads on-site supervision of activities and services 2. Prepares SSOMA documentation and manages PPE requirements 3. Conducts inspections of equipment and tools **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum Bachelor's degree (Environmental/Industrial Engineering or related fields) * Minimum 2 years of experience as an **SSOMA SUPERVISOR**. Experience is calculated from the date of graduation. * Specialization diploma in SSOMA, **(minimum 100 hours of training)**. * Specialized training for high-risk work. * Certificate of training in high-risk work **(minimum 8 hours of training)** * Knowledge of Management Systems. * Availability to work in Callao. **FUNCTIONS:** * On-site supervision of assigned service activities. * Deliver a 5-minute safety talk at the start of each shift. * Inspection of equipment and tools. * Prepare PPE requirements according to the service to be performed. * Maintain complete SSOMA documentation ready for any client inspection. * Preparation of the Dossier and/or SSOMA documentation for assigned services. * Completion of ATS, Checklists, and other forms used in projects. * Address findings from internal or external audits. * Submit reports to WhatsApp groups (service team and client). **SUBMIT DOCUMENTED CV** Employment Type: Full-time, Temporary Salary: S/.2,500.00 - S/.2,800.00 per month Application Question(s): * What is your salary expectation within the offered range, considering we operate under the microenterprise regime?
