Position Summary: We are seeking an SSOMA Supervisor to lead risk prevention and ensure compliance with safety standards in in-house operations, strengthening the preventive culture. Strengthen preventive culture among staff At **Fixs Service**, we are a company specialized in comprehensive operational solutions, committed to the safety and well-being of our team across all our *inhouse* services. We are currently looking for an **SSOMA Supervisor** to join our team and lead risk prevention in one of our key operations in Callao. **Requirements** Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Diploma in **SSOMA / OSH** (minimum 120 accredited academic hours). Minimum **2 years of proven experience** working as an SSOMA Supervisor or PDR (mandatory). Solid experience in **supervising high-risk work activities** (height, hot work, electrical). Experience in **implementing the Occupational Safety and Health Management System** (OSHS-MS). **Responsibilities** * **Operational Supervision and Control:** Ensure compliance with SSOMA standards in *inhouse* activities by conducting daily inspections of work areas, tools, equipment, and proper use of PPE. * **Work Permit and Risk Management:** Review and validate work permits (ATS, PETAR) and control forms prior to initiating operational or high-risk activities. * **Preventive Culture and Training:** Conduct safety talks, training sessions, awareness campaigns, and behavioral observations to strengthen the preventive culture among staff. * **Planning and Controls:** Participate in planning critical tasks and coordinate implementation of preventive controls jointly with client supervision. * **Management Indicators and Reporting:** Prepare and present SSOMA reports and indicators (inspections, incidents, training hours), identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. * **Environmental Management:** Monitor and verify proper storage, handling, and disposal of waste and hazardous chemicals according to established procedures. * **Coordination and Liaison:** Maintain constant communication with Operations, HR, the SSOMA department, and the client, managing responses to emergencies and service incidents. **Working Conditions** * **Location:** DpWorld Callao (On-site / In-house). * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. * **Remuneration:** To be discussed / Based on labor evaluation.
