Position Summary: We are seeking an SSOMA Supervisor with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field, possessing experience in management, OSH regulations, leadership, and team management. Leadership ability and team management SSOMA Supervisor Work Mode: On-site Requirements: * Degree holder in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, or related fields. * Minimum of **3 years** of experience in SSOMA management. * Up-to-date knowledge of current occupational safety and health (OSH) regulations. * Experience in developing IPERC, ATS, legal matrices, and field supervision. * Leadership ability and team management. Responsibilities: * Supervise compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental regulations. * Implement and monitor SSOMA programs. * Conduct inspections, audits, and training sessions. * Prepare management reports and performance indicators. * Propose actions for continuous improvement. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800.00 - S/.2,200.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
