




Position Summary: We are seeking an SSOMA Supervisor to lead teams in cleaning or maintenance, manage occupational safety and health, and develop risk controls. Key Highlights: 1. Manages occupational safety and health. 2. Develops hazard identification matrices and risk assessment matrices. 3. Leads teams in cleaning or maintenance supervision. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical degree in Industrial Safety, Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Industrial, Environmental Safety Engineering, or related fields. * Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health, Law No. 29783 (minimum 120 hours). * Minimum 3 years of experience as a cleaning or maintenance supervisor, leading proven work teams. * Training course in Supervision of Work at Heights and Chemical Substance Handling. * Driver's license A1. * Basic knowledge of current Occupational Safety and Health regulations. **SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:** * Maintain statistical records on accidents and incidents for at least the past two years prior to application date. Likewise, prevent fatal or lethal accidents involving the organization’s direct responsibility. * Develop and maintain the hazard identification matrix, risk assessment, risk evaluation, and control determination matrix concerning employee safety and health, as well as the management model or matrix regarding the company’s environmental impacts and aspects. * Standardize work procedures or methodologies, identifying possible deviations or adverse effects that may arise, and specifying necessary controls to mitigate their occurrence. * In emergency management, maintain a well-defined procedure or plan responsive to any type of SSOMA-related emergency. * Maintain and review the list of personnel assigned to perform tasks, along with their respective comprehensive safety and competency certifications. * Develop and maintain health surveillance plans or epidemiological surveillance plans, enabling appropriate response during critical stages of typically severe disease onset. * Verify that correct cleaning products are used. **QUALITY OBLIGATIONS:** * Maintain control measures aimed at reducing risks and communicating them to staff. * Maintain records of observations noted during safety and environmental inspections, covering both safe and unsafe conditions. * Maintain accident statistics. * Attend and support inspections conducted by authorities. **OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH OBLIGATIONS:** * Use of headphones is prohibited in work areas. * Comply with Quality, Safety, and Environmental guidelines applicable to the companies where work is performed. * Report deterioration and/or wear of safety equipment and PPE for replacement. * Performing tasks outside one’s assigned functions is prohibited. * Report workplace accidents and incidents. * Attend internal safety and health training sessions and safety talks. * Comply with occupational safety and health parameters established by the organization and clients (RISST). **BENEFITS:** * Market-competitive salary. * Formal payroll registration. * Statutory benefits (EsSalud, bonuses, vacations, CTS). * Positive work environment.
