An environmental solutions company specializing in comprehensive hazardous waste management is looking for a **Welding Technician** to join its maintenance team. We seek a responsible individual with experience in welding and metal structure maintenance, oriented toward compliance with safety, quality, and operational efficiency standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform welding work on metal structures, equipment, and components used in company operations. * Fabricate, repair, and condition metal parts according to maintenance department requirements. * Inspect and ensure proper use, care, and preservation of assigned tools and equipment. * Comply with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental (SSOMA) guidelines. * Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure proper functioning and continuity of operations. **Requirements** * Technical studies in Welding, Maintenance Mechanics, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience performing welding and metal structure maintenance tasks. * Knowledge of fabrication, repair, and conditioning of metal components. * Experience in industrial painting and surface preparation will be valued. * Availability to work in Ventanilla. * Familiarity with SSOMA standards and procedures. **Schedule** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. **Benefits** * Enrollment in MYPE payroll from day one. * Timely biweekly payments. * Positive work environment. * Opportunities for learning and professional development.
