Cleam Ambiental, a rapidly growing company dedicated to environmental management, is seeking a **Welding Technician** with experience in welding and structural maintenance, focused on compliance with safety and quality standards to ensure the proper execution of operations. **Requirements:** * Completed technical training in Welding or Industrial Maintenance. * Minimum 2 years of experience in welding and metallic structure repair. * Knowledge of surface preparation, paint application, and finishing. * Availability to work in Ventanilla. * Strict compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management (SSOMA) regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Perform welding, structural repair, and painting tasks on equipment and facilities. * Fabricate, modify, or reinforce metallic structures and supports. * Maintain order and control in the work area, as well as tools and materials. * Apply established safety and environmental protection procedures. * Coordinate activities with the maintenance department and other operational areas. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. **Benefits:** * Formal employment under the microenterprise regime from day one, including statutory benefits. * Timely biweekly payments. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Positive work environment and continuous technical support.
