Cleam Ambiental, an environmental management organization currently undergoing expansion, requires a **Technical Welder** with structural maintenance experience to join its team, oriented toward working under high safety and operational efficiency standards. **Required Profile:** * Completed technical studies in Welding or Industrial Maintenance. * At least 2 years of experience in welding and repair of metal structures. * Knowledge of surface preparation, painting, and final finishing. * Availability to work at the Ventanilla site. * Knowledge of and compliance with SSOMA standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform welding, structural maintenance, and painting tasks on equipment and structures. * Fabricate and adapt metal structures and support components. * Supervise workplace orderliness and proper use of tools and materials. * Comply with safety procedures and environmental guidelines. * Coordinate activities with the maintenance department and other operational areas. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. **We Offer:** * Formal employment under a microenterprise payroll starting from day one. * Biweekly payments. * Opportunities for professional growth. * A safe working environment and continuous technical support.
