Cleam Ambiental, a growing company dedicated to environmental management, is seeking a **Welding Technician** with experience in welding and structural maintenance, oriented toward compliance with safety standards, to support the proper development of its operations. **Requirements:** * Completed technical training in Welding or Industrial Maintenance. * Minimum 2 years of experience in welding and structural repair work. * Knowledge of surface preparation, paint application, and finishing. * Availability to work in Ventanilla. * Strict compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental (SSOMA) standards. **Main responsibilities:** * Perform welding, structural repair, and painting tasks on equipment and structures. * Fabricate and/or adapt metallic structures and support elements. * Maintain order and control of the work area, tools, and materials. * Apply established safety and environmental protection procedures. * Coordinate with the maintenance department and other operational areas as needed. **Working hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. **Benefits:** * Immediate enrollment in the microenterprise payroll, including statutory benefits. * Biweekly payments. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * A supportive work environment and continuous technical assistance.
