Position Summary: Advise business units, review and draft contracts, manage permits, and handle governmental claims and observations, with a focus on environmental law. Key Responsibilities: 1. In Peru, we operate across most economic sectors—including mining, agriculture, and fishing—forming part of the value chain for their products and services. **Job Description** * Advise business units and coordinate and execute the review of documents and internal and external procedures, in accordance with applicable regulations, internal policies and guidelines, and organizational objectives, to protect the company's interests during its operations. * Draft, review, and update all types of contracts required by the company’s various departments; and advise on the review of tender documents and related materials issued by clients from both the private and public sectors. * Manage the acquisition of enabling titles (permits and/or authorizations) for the company, in coordination with the relevant departments. * Analyze, propose, and/or validate responses to claims or inquiries. * Analyze, propose, and draft responses to observations raised by governmental authorities regarding the company. * Assume responsibility for the company’s environmental law matters. * Perform other similar duties as directed by the Employer or hierarchical supervisor, based on operational needs and requirements. **Requirements** * Law degree holder * Specialization in environmental law * Experience in public and private contracts * Intermediate English proficiency * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. **Additional Information** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Health insurance (EPS) and oncological insurance. * Corporate partnership agreements. * Continuous training and development opportunities
