**WE NEED YOU!** At the Special Services Cooperative "Mercado Central" Ltda., we are looking for Cleaning Workers to keep our spaces clean and safe for everyone. **Job Objectives:** Carry out cleaning and disinfection tasks in the shopping center’s common areas, complying with established protocols and ensuring a pleasant environment for members and visitors. **Responsibilities:** ✅ Perform daily cleaning of walkways, restrooms, staircases, and common areas. ✅ Sweep, mop, and disinfect high-traffic areas. ✅ Remove waste and empty trash bins according to schedule. ✅ Report any damage or anomalies found in cleaned areas. ✅ Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE). ✅ Follow established safety and cleaning standards. ✅ Assist during special events or general cleaning campaigns. ✅ Other duties assigned by the maintenance department. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in cleaning (not mandatory). * Good physical condition and willingness to work as part of a team. **Key Competencies:** ✔ Responsibility ✔ Cleanliness and order ✔ Punctuality ✔ Teamwork * Location: Cercado de Lima * Work modality: In-person * Schedule: Full-time (6 DAYS PER WEEK \- ROTATING SHIFTS) If you’re seeking stable and dignified employment with a team that values your effort, apply now!
