Development of continuous improvement in training **GENERAL ACADEMIC COORDINATOR** LP is seeking a General Academic Coordinator to lead the academic management of our legal training programs. The role is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of courses, diplomas, seminars, and congresses, guaranteeing academic quality and close collaboration with the teaching team. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate the planning and development of the institution's academic programs. * Supervise the organization of faculty members, speakers, and program coordinators. * Ensure academic quality in the delivery of classes and events. * Draft, review, and validate academic management documents (reports, minutes, guidelines, regulations, and manuals). * Supervise the quality and relevance of academic and supporting materials for academic programs. * Promote continuous improvement in training processes and materials. * Among others. **Requirements** * Licensed and registered attorney. * Mandatory: minimum 2 years’ experience in academic management, university teaching, or as a teaching assistant. * Demonstrated ability in academic writing and preparation of educational management documents. * Proven experience using virtual teaching platforms (Moodle, Classroom, Zoom, or others). * Desirable: experience in standardizing academic processes or manuals. * Leadership, organizational, effective communication, and formal academic writing skills. **Position Conditions** * Employment type: Full-time (48 hours per week). * Work location: Jesús María, Lima. * Immediate availability.
