Ongoing paid training At A\&RC Consultores SAC, we are partnering with our client—a prestigious leading company in the BANKING and FINANCE industry—to hire 30 YOUNG WOMEN for the position of Event Hostess, serving distinguished VIP clients and internal staff at commercial and corporate events, within a positive work environment, excellent work climate, career development path, and outstanding benefits. **JOB FUNCTIONS** * Greet clients and/or company executives. * Assist clients of our products and/or company executives at branch office networks and/or malls: greet them, provide information, and direct them to their designated locations during corporate events. * Appear in photographs for flyers and/or promotional events; participate in thematic fashion shows at events, etc. * Provide information, quotations, etc. (targeted training will be provided, paid from day one) * Optional promotion of banking products with additional commissions on top of the offered salary, per product promoted. * Participate in fashion shows at promotional events, if held. **REQUIREMENTS:** \* Pleasant appearance and figure (NOT mandatory) \* Service excellence-oriented \* Proactive with good customer service skills. \* Desire for self-improvement and teamwork. \* Extroverted, talkative, charismatic, and highly sociable personality. \* Willingness to commute to any location in Lima.
