This is your opportunity to unleash your talent and join our company! **Job Mission:** Lead and consolidate a highly skilled, motivated, and continuously evolving team by managing innovative talent strategies that reduce turnover and strengthen organizational culture. **Responsibilities:** * Design HR policies and strategies aligned with company objectives, promoting development, retention, and organizational culture, as well as managing the department’s annual budget. * Supervise recruitment, selection, hiring, onboarding, and contract renewal processes, ensuring appropriate integration and compliance with established timelines. * Manage and maintain an updated employee database, ensuring reliable personal and professional information for HR processes such as performance evaluations, workplace climate assessments, and recruitment. * Manage employee separation processes, ensuring timely communication regarding terminations and non-renewals, as well as maintaining an updated database of former employees. * Manage equipment distribution and maintain an updated inventory.
