Job Summary: We are seeking a Marketing and Design professional to develop digital strategies, analyze the market, create creative content, and manage social media to increase brand visibility. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis of digital platforms and market 2. Creation of creative content for various platforms 3. Social media management and enhancement of digital marketing strategies **ADVERTISING AND MARKETING** \- Internal analysis of the company's digital platforms. \- Conduct market and industry analysis. \- Define marketing plan objectives. \- Establish KPIs to monitor results against defined objectives. Prepare weekly and/or monthly reports. \- Present a report on social media activities undertaken, as well as the results these activities generate for the brand. \- Plan content. \- Plan weekly content aligned with user trends and topics of interest. This content may include reels, photos, stories, videos, blogs, etc. \- Schedule posts with specific dates and times, varying according to peak user engagement hours or considering events or important dates. \- Plan distribution channels for content publication: Website, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc. \- Source content: The community manager must stay updated on emerging posting trends, as well as preferred songs, colors, and themes of their audience. \- Create content: Based on market, competitor, and industry research, produce competitive content that positions the brand for greater visibility and user recognition. DESIGN: \- Design graphic advertisements using diverse technical tools and developing adaptable creative processes for various media and formats. \- Develop advertising and/or commercial projects (videos, photos, campaigns). \- Manage the company's social media accounts. \- Improve digital marketing and corporate positioning strategies. \- Perform other assigned duties. Preferably reside in areas adjacent to Cercado de Lima \- Requirements * Minimum education: Technical degree * 6 months of experience * Languages: Spanish * Skills: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Adobe InDesign, Photography (preferred) Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
