We are Coqui Castillo Restaurants, a gastronomic holding company comprising two business units: Coqui Castillo and Black Poke. We currently have 5 years of market presence and operate 4 dark kitchens serving the main districts of Metropolitan Lima. We provide personalized gastronomic experiences, interactive cooking classes, and catering services for events. We are seeking a Pokero. ***Requirements:*** * Graduate of Gastronomy or related field. * Minimum 6 months of prior experience in similar roles. * Minimum 6 months of prior experience in a Nikkei cuisine restaurant or dark kitchen. * Organizational and communication skills. * Availability for rotating shifts and weekend work. * Ability to perform effectively across various kitchen areas. ***Responsibilities:*** * Ensure proper handling, rotation, and preservation of fresh ingredients. * Maintain a clean, organized workstation compliant with health and sanitation standards. * Guarantee adherence to company-established recipes and quality standards. * Collaborate as part of a team with continuous communication across all departments. * Perform other duties assigned by the Kitchen Manager or Store Administrator. ***Benefits:*** * Competitive salary. * Positive work environment with a committed and continuously growing team. * Opportunity for learning and professional development. * Career progression path.
