Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the lifecycle of electrical room manufacturing, ensuring projects are delivered on budget, on schedule, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. Position Purpose We are looking for a Project Manager for the Project Management Department. Your primary challenge will be full responsibility for the electrical room manufacturing lifecycle—from engineering transfer to site delivery (FAT/SAT). Your mission is to ensure projects are executed within budget, on the agreed timeline, and, above all, under the strict quality and safety standards demanded by major mining and energy clients. **Day-to-day responsibilities include:** Manage each project on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Maintain communication with the client. Develop and manage the project Gantt chart, detailing timelines for procurement, transportation, delivery, engineering, manufacturing, integration, payments, internal and client-facing milestone deliveries, implementation, etc. Conduct project kickoff meetings with involved departments, agree on delivery commitments, and document meeting minutes. Hold regular meetings with internal and external departments to ensure commitment and task fulfillment. Track actual vs. estimated budget. Monitor deviations and their impact on both timeline and budget. Collaborate with the Commercial Department to manage deviations that directly affect the client. Coordinate departments and resources for proper field implementation. Formally deliver the project to the client per each project’s specifications. Close out the project. Support and advise during Pre-Sales to ensure a compelling value proposition for both the client and the company. Validate Salesforce project opportunities to ensure correct implementation. Requirements **What do I need to take on this challenge?:** **Education:** Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Civil or Industrial Engineering (licensed professional preferred). **Experience:** Minimum 5 years leading projects in mining, energy, Oil & Gas, or large-scale industrial plants. **Knowledge:** Project or electrical work management (LV panels, transformers, electrical rooms); proficiency in MS Project; Class A1 driver’s license.
