Job Summary: We are seeking an On-site Recruitment and Selection Specialist to support active talent sourcing, collaborating in the design and execution of recruitment and candidate evaluation strategies. Strong knowledge of candidate evaluation techniques We are looking for an On-site Recruitment and Selection Specialist who will be responsible for supporting active talent sourcing to fill existing vacancies within the organization. You will work closely with the Human Resources team to collaborate on the design and execution of recruitment, selection, and candidate evaluation strategies. Requirements: * Technical or university degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of prior experience in recruitment and selection. * Solid knowledge of candidate evaluation techniques and tools. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team, under pressure, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and Saturdays from 9 AM to 1 PM. * Availability to work on-site in Cercado de Lima. Responsibilities: * Post and promote job opportunities across various media and channels. * Conduct resume screening and preliminary candidate selection. * Coordinate and/or conduct in-person or virtual interviews and competency assessments. * Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and track candidate progress. * Collaborate in organizing employment events and job fairs. * Support the HR department in personnel administration. * Facilitate signing of employment contracts, payroll slips, and settlement documents by employees. * Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
