Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to promote and market our SITRAIN Training Center, with a focus on business development, online community management, and market analysis. Key Responsibilities: 1. Promotion and development of training programs for customers and institutions. 2. Management of the online community and brand image. 3. Support in implementing the MarCom Plan and market analysis. At Siemens, we are looking for someone to join our SITRAIN Training Center promotion and marketing team. **What will be my responsibilities?** Promotion and development of training business with end customers and educational institutions. Coordination with vendors for course development. Administration of the functional email account and social media profiles. Responsible for building and managing the online community, as well as managing brand identity and image. Preparation of monthly reports using data analytics tools. Support in implementing the MarCom Plan for SITRAIN. Support in market analysis. Development of press releases for the product portfolio. **What do you need for this position?** * Students in the final semesters of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or with affinity for technology. * Intermediate level English language proficiency. * Intermediate proficiency in digital tools (Excel, Power BI, Photoshop, Power Apps, Power Automate). * Interest in innovation and digital marketing. * Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing (desirable). * Competencies: Execution, results orientation, customer orientation, change orientation, innovation orientation. **Why work at Siemens?** We are a company with over 377,000 minds building the future every day across more than 200 countries.
