Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and eager-to-learn Human Resources Intern to develop expertise in recruitment and talent management within a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes. 2. Participate in projects to improve the Human Resources Management area. 3. Support the onboarding and integration process for new employees. If you are passionate about recruitment and talent management, and wish to grow within a dynamic environment, this is your opportunity. * Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes. * Post job vacancies on Indeed, LinkedIn, Computrabajo, and other platforms. * Conduct candidate hunting and active sourcing. * Screen resumes and conduct telephone and competency-based interviews. * Coordinate interviews with department leaders. * Develop recruitment KPIs. * Participate in projects to improve the Human Resources Management area. * Support the onboarding and integration process for new employees. * Update personnel databases and employee files. Requirements * Final-year student or graduate in Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resources Management. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong organizational skills and results orientation. * Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, and Microsoft Office is desirable.
