You will actively participate in recruitment, selection, onboarding, and personnel management processes, working closely with a team that values continuous learning and professional development. **What will you do?** Support recruitment and selection processes. Review CVs and contact candidates. Participate in interviews and onboarding processes. Organize personnel documentation and files. Track contracts and renewals. Provide support for workplace climate initiatives and internal communications. **Requirements:** Students majoring in Psychology, Administration and Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. Reside in Chorrillos or nearby areas. Basic/intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. Organized, proactive individuals with strong communication skills. No prior experience required—we provide training. **Internship Schedule** Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **What We Offer:** An internship agreement compliant with applicable law.
