Job Summary: This position supports the monitoring and control of rentals, manages service documentation, reviews travel expenses, and performs invoicing and administrative support tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in monitoring and controlling rentals and service documentation. 2. Review and control of travel expenses to achieve objectives. 3. Invoicing for maintenance, rentals, and sales. * Assist in monitoring and controlling rentals provided to customers. * Assist with documentation sent and required for rental services. * Support the review and control of travel expenses to meet objectives established by the Operations Management. * Support the formulation and follow-up of departmental plans. * Answer calls and address inquiries related to services. * Receive all delivery notes and invoices provided to group operators according to the service rendered. * Perform invoicing for maintenance, rental, and sales processes of generator sets. * Prepare delivery notes corresponding to the services provided. * Deliver customer invoices and delivery notes to the appropriate recipients as required.
