We seek a proactive candidate with a learning orientation and analytical capability to support process monitoring, optimization of operational activities, and logistics management. **Candidate Profile:** * Final-year student in **Industrial Engineering**. * Interest in **logistics, industrial processes, operations control, and continuous improvement**. * Knowledge and experience in **logistics management, process control, or operations**. * Prior experience in **production or support of operational processes** (desirable but not mandatory). * Basic proficiency in **Microsoft Office** and ability to analyze information. * **Organized, analytical, and highly motivated to learn in an industrial environment**. * Residency in areas near **Ate Vitarte, Huachipa, Santa Clara, Chaclacayo, Chosica, Ñaña, Huaycán, Santa Anita, or neighboring districts**. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday **Offer Includes:** * **Paid pre-professional internships.** * **Direct learning in industrial operations and logistics management.** * **Internship completion certificate.** * **Opportunity for continued employment based on performance.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.2\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Please indicate your salary expectation.
