Job Summary: We are seeking engineering interns or assistant/supervisory engineers to support technical, operational, and quotation processes, including quantity take-offs and blueprint interpretation. Ability to propose improvements to departmental processes We are currently seeking interns or assistant engineers in Mechanical-Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields, as well as supervisory engineers. **Main Responsibilities:** * Reading and interpreting blueprints. * Performing quantity take-offs. * Supporting technical and operational processes. * Preparing quotations. * Completing tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. * Proposing improvements to departmental processes. **Requirements:** * Students, graduates, or degree holders in Mechanical-Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of AutoCAD 2D. * Basic knowledge of SolidWorks. * Experience with quantity take-offs. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate or advanced Excel). * Basic knowledge of ventilation systems (desirable). **Competencies:** * Results-oriented. * Proactivity. * Strong communication skills. * Analytical ability. * Organization and planning. * Teamwork. * Punctuality and orderliness. * Ability to propose improvements. **Benefits:** * Market-competitive remuneration. * Positive work environment. * Opportunity for growth and continuous learning. **Work Mode:** On-site **Location:** Carabayllo Salary: Starting from S/.1\.00 per hour Workplace: On-site employment
