Position Summary: ACCIONA is seeking a Pre-Professional Intern for its PLANNING department within the INDUSTRIAL business unit, to provide support in project planning, monitoring, and analysis for decision-making. As leaders in innovation and technological development, we seek experts who can drive sustainable development and find solutions to the world’s greatest challenges—such as global warming, overpopulation, and water scarcity.** **Position Description** ACCIONA, within its INDUSTRIAL business unit, is seeking a Pre-Professional Intern for the PLANNING department: **Mission:** Provide support to the Project Control department in planning, monitoring, and analyzing the progress and key indicators of the CTMQ project, ensuring timely and reliable availability of information required for decision-making and contributing to the achievement of project objectives. **Candidate Requirements** **Responsibilities:** -------------- * ### **Support updating and monitoring the project schedule, verifying compliance with milestones, activities, and committed deadlines.** * ### **Support collecting, consolidating, and reviewing progress information from various project departments, ensuring consistency and timeliness.** * ### **Assist in preparing and updating periodic monitoring reports, as well as project control dashboards and indicators.** * ### **Support comparative analysis between planned and actual progress, identifying deviations and alerts for timely communication.** * ### **Support identifying and tracking constraints, interferences, or factors that may impact adherence to the project schedule.** * ### **Assist in preparing presentations, executive reports, and other documentation required for project management and monitoring.** * ### **Coordinate with various project departments to collect and validate information necessary for control and monitoring.** * ### **Participate in monitoring meetings and support recording agreements, commitments, and follow-up actions.** * ### **Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisory line within the scope of Project Control.** **Profile:** ----------- **Academic Background:** ------------------------ * ### **Student in the final cycles (9th semester onwards) of Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.** **Years of Required Experience:** ---------------------------------- * ### **Minimum 6 months of pre-professional internship experience in construction companies.
