This is an excellent opportunity for students who wish to gain experience in organizational transformation, information analysis, indicator tracking, and continuous improvement, while actively participating in strategic initiatives that generate impact across the organization. **Mission:** Support the tracking of initiatives, information management, indicator monitoring, and data analysis, contributing to the execution of transformation initiatives, continuous improvement, and agile management. **Responsibilities:** * Track initiatives, commitments, and action plans, ensuring visibility of progress. * Consolidate and analyze management information, identifying findings and improvement opportunities. * Update and monitor indicators, metrics, and dashboards, ensuring data quality. * Design and develop reports, visualization dashboards, and executive presentations to support decision-making. **Requirements:** * University student from the 7th semester onward in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Intermediate level of English. * Interest in organizational transformation, continuous improvement, data analysis, and agile methodologies. ***This recruitment is also open to persons with disabilities.***
