At Siemens, we are looking for a person to join our proposal management team for our Automation Solutions area. **What will be my responsibilities?** * Support in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, including: * + Industry requirements analysis + Sizing of equipment, systems, solutions, and projects based on the Siemens Digital Industries portfolio (SIMATIC, SITRANS, SINAMICS, SCADA, etc.) + Preparation of supporting technical documentation * Maintain the proposal management KPI database up-to-date, generating periodic reports to support team decision-making * Collaborate in digitalization and automation initiatives for the Proposal Process, including: * + Coordination for information gathering + Operational data analysis + Development of process documentation **What is required for this position?** * Students pursuing degrees in Electronic Engineering or related fields in automation and control. * Intermediate level of English language proficiency * Proficiency in MS Office at the user level. * Familiarity with Power BI and AutoCAD is desirable. * Basic knowledge of industrial automation (PLC, HMI, sensors, industrial networks, etc.) * Familiarity with industrial digitalization technologies such as IIoT. * Academic understanding of quality management * Academic understanding of project management aligned with PMI practices. * Prior experience in similar roles or academic assistance in courses related to this position is ideal. * Competencies: Execution, results orientation, customer orientation, change orientation, innovation orientation. **Why work at Siemens?** We are a company with over 377,000 minds building the future every day across more than 200 countries.
