Register, enter, and update information in the Logistics Area’s management system. Perform data entry and updates, verifying that the recorded information is accurate and complete. Assist in processing and organizing area-related information. Register, organize, and maintain physical and digital documentation up to date. Prepare and update basic Excel reports. Provide support for administrative and operational activities within the Logistics Area. Assist in responding to and following up on information requests from various departments. Requirements University graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science and Information Technology, International Business, or related fields. Basic-to-intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI. Interest and aptitude for using digital systems and tools. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy in information recording. Desirable experience in data entry, information registration, or administrative functions.
