At We Consulting Companies, we are looking for a Pre-Professional Human Resources Intern to assume the role of **Follow-up Human Partner**. If you are organized, strategic, and enjoy taking responsibility for ensuring projects are executed correctly and within established timelines, this is your opportunity to grow in a dynamic, high-learning environment. What will you do? * Lead and monitor projects and service orders requested by various departments. * Coordinate with the internal team to assign the most suitable person according to project requirements. * Supervise delivery of outputs, timelines, and quality standards. * Continuously monitor Human Resources projects (recruitment, organizational climate, culture, training, evaluations, etc.). * Identify process improvement opportunities and propose solutions. * Ensure smooth communication between internal clients and the execution team. Requirements: * Students from the 6th semester onward in Psychology, Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Strong organizational and planning skills. * Ability to coordinate teams and lead processes. * Clear and assertive communication skills. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to deadlines. * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Prior experience in project coordination or team leadership is desirable. * Availability to attend in person at our office in San Borja.
