What would your responsibilities be? Support the implementation of wellbeing projects across employee experience fronts aligned with our “Vivamos” program. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify opportunities for process innovation and design creative solutions to enhance the employee experience. Deploy wellbeing campaigns and participate in organizing events. Co-create and execute the calendar of impactful experiences and events for the team. Evaluate and measure the impact of wellbeing initiatives through results reporting and indicator reviews. Negotiate and strengthen strategic alliances that improve the quality of life of our employees and the community. Support the creation and maintenance of automations to streamline processes. Explore and apply AI to ensure compliance with wellbeing and benefits processes (Vivamos, Cafeteria Management, Medical Leaves, Subsidies, Social Cases, and Insurance). End-to-end management of EPS and SCTR insurance (enrollments and cancellations). Employee onboarding and induction processes. What qualifications do you need? Currently enrolled in the final cycles of Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Human Resources, or Social Work. Knowledge of AI tools for automation, workflow creation, and/or AI-driven content generation. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel. **Desirable:** Experience using Power BI or Looker Studio. **Desirable:** Intermediate-level Canva skills.
