Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to lead the development of real estate projects—from opportunity assessment through execution and delivery—ensuring profitability and quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead office, retail, and multifamily real estate projects. 2. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers. 3. Resolve technical issues and ensure quality standards. We seek a professional with a holistic understanding of the real estate business, capable of leading project development from opportunity assessment through execution, closing, and delivery—safeguarding profitability, timelines, and the company’s quality standards. **What You Will Do:** * Design and develop **office, retail, and multifamily** projects. * Prepare floor plans, layouts, details, and 3D proposals. * Supervise project execution and progress. * Coordinate directly with **clients, contractors, and suppliers**. * Verify quality, finishes, and compliance with design specifications. * Resolve technical issues and requirements during execution. * Conduct site visits and project supervision in **Lima and provincial areas**. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or licensed Architect. * Minimum 1 year of experience in **project design, execution, and supervision**. * Experience in office, retail, and/or multifamily projects. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD and SketchUp**. * Knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture. * **Willingness to travel to provincial areas.** **Location:** Gamarra – La Victoria **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. \| Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. **Salary:** S/ 1,600 We seek an **organized, proactive individual with leadership skills, technical judgment, and the ability to manage field-based projects.** Salary: Starting at S/.1,600\.00 per month Application Questions: * Do you have experience supervising on-site project execution? * This position requires willingness to travel to provincial areas.
