Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and efficient Embroidery Operator to optimize production, ensure operational continuity, and maintain quality throughout the textile process. We are looking for a committed and efficiency-oriented Embroidery Operator responsible for optimizing machine loading and unloading times by properly preparing garments, ensuring operational continuity and minimizing machine downtime. **Main Responsibilities:** * Optimize embroidery machine operation times, ensuring continuous production flow. * Prepare embroidery frames by correctly placing garments and stabilizer (tear-away backing), guaranteeing appropriate tension to prevent wrinkles. * Prepare necessary supplies, including loading thread cones according to the design's color sequence and verifying bobbin levels. * Perform embroidery cleaning, trimming excess threads (jump thread removal) and removing stabilizer upon process completion. * Conduct visual quality control, identifying defects such as loose threads, fabric tears, or misalignments before forwarding garments to the next stage. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area, preventing accumulation of lint, threads, or debris that could affect quality or safety. * Provide logistical support, including packaging and transporting finished batches to respective areas. * Perform other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in embroidery processes (preferred). * Basic knowledge of embroidery machine operation (preferred). * Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented. * Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure. **We Offer:** * Formal employment with statutory benefits. * Positive work environment. * Opportunity for learning and development in the textile field. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:15 PM; Saturday: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM If you meet the profile and wish to join our team, we invite you to apply.
