We seek a professional interested in learning about our production processes and actively participating in product research, evaluation, and improvement. The position primarily requires on-site activities at the plant, laboratory, and field tests. Responsibilities * Participate in product development and improvement. * Research new raw materials, processes, and technologies. * Conduct technical tests at the plant, laboratory, and field. * Analyze results and prepare technical reports. * Update technical specifications and product documentation. * Support prototype evaluation and failure analysis. * Coordinate activities with Production, Quality, and Commercial departments. * Propose and develop individual or team-based process improvement projects. * Provide support for quality control activities. Requirements * Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Fisheries Engineering, or related fields. * Experience or involvement in process improvement, research, or product development projects. * Availability to perform activities primarily on-site. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Basic knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Office. * Basic English proficiency.
