We are currently looking for a strategic and passionate **Garment Development Analyst** eager to join a dynamic environment where textile innovation and operational efficiency lie at the heart of our success. **Your Mission** * Ensure technical feasibility and optimal costing for each collection: * **Textile Engineering:** Define gauge, stitch types, tension settings, and materials for samples. * **Product Flow:** Coordinate the production route with Design and Commercial teams. * **Input Management:** Manage raw materials and coordinate with suppliers (swatches/samples). * **Fitting Control:** Validate measurements and finishes prior to final approval. * **Administrative Management:** Execute pre\-costing and generate Purchase Orders (POs). **What Profile Are We Looking For?** * **Education:** Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Patternmaking Technician degree. * **Experience:** 5 years performing these functions in textile/retail companies. * **Leadership:** Prior experience leading patternmakers or drapers teams. * **Competencies:** Proficiency in garment costing, intermediate Excel skills, and supplier negotiation. * **Network:** Established portfolio of fabric and trim suppliers. **We Offer** * Full statutory payroll benefits from day one. * Timely bi-weekly payments. * Exclusive corporate discounts on our collections. * A professional and modern environment to boost your growth. **Are You Ready for Your Next Big Career Step?** Send us your updated CV and become part of the evolution at **Kids Made Here**.
