Job Summary: We are seeking a Marketing Analyst to develop and implement the brand's marketing plan, plan campaigns, and analyze metrics to propose improvements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement the brand's marketing plan 2. Plan commercial campaigns and collection launches 3. Identify fashion trends and consumer behavior At Recreativos Fargo, we are looking for a MARKETING ANALYST available to work in Pueblo Libre. Main Responsibilities * Develop and implement the brand's marketing plan. * Plan commercial campaigns and collection launches. * Analyze commercial and marketing metrics to propose improvement actions. * Coordinate with Commercial, Design, Visual Merchandising, and E\-commerce departments. * Supervise proper implementation of POP materials and in-store campaigns. * Manage the marketing budget and evaluate campaign ROI. * Identify fashion trends, consumer behavior, and market opportunities. What We Are Looking For? * Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in fashion, retail, or fast-moving consumer goods. * Knowledge of digital marketing, commercial campaigns, and metric analysis. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. * Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools is desirable. Guidelines and/or Requirements: Genuine interest in fashion, trends, and the retail industry. Aesthetic sensitivity and ability to identify what resonates with customers. Creativity to develop campaigns that inspire and deliver results. Analytical thinking to transform data into strategies. Organization, initiative, and teamwork skills.
