**Objective** Develop and validate **garment patterns and models**, from design interpretation to approval for mass production, ensuring **proper fit, functionality, quality, and production feasibility**, in accordance with company standards and garment type. **Functions** * Interpret **technical specifications, designs, or references** from the client or design department. * Create **base patterns, pattern adaptations, and component layouts** for garments. * Conduct **fit tests**, model adjustments, and corrections. * Perform **size grading** according to established tables. * Coordinate with the **sampling, cutting, sewing, and quality** departments. * Validate final measurements and **authorize transfer to production**. * Propose technical improvements to optimize **fit, fabric consumption, and process efficiency**. * Maintain up-to-date **physical and/or digital pattern archives**. * Meet the **development deadlines** defined by the company. **Requirements** * Minimum 3 years’ experience in textile apparel manufacturing companies. * Proven experience in industrial pattern development and pattern making (manual and digital). * Proficiency in Gerber software.
