Position Summary: We are seeking a Product Development Analyst to manage the development process from Tech Pack to final approval, supervise samples, and ensure smooth transition to production. We are currently seeking a **Textile Product Development Analyst**! WTS is a corporation with over 25 years of leadership in the textile sector, with offices in New York and Lima, and partnerships with over 40 leading U.S. brands. **What do we expect from you?** * Professional or Technician in Fashion Design, Textile Manufacturing, Pattern Making, Textile Engineering, Textile Quality Control, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in high-quality product development or as a pattern maker. * Intermediate Office skills. * Advanced Lectra proficiency. * Intermediate English proficiency. **What challenges will you face?** * Manage the development process from Tech Pack receipt to final sample approval, coordinating with clients and factories, validating requirements, preparing specifications, and promptly resolving any technical inconsistencies. * Supervise sample development, tracking each stage of the production process, correcting deviations, and ensuring compliance with specifications for measurements, construction, fit, appearance, and trims. * Review and approve factory patterns and technical sheets, ensuring alignment with client standards and technical feasibility of the style prior to production. * Analyze cost variations per style, evaluating impacts from fabric consumption, construction, or special processes, and technically justifying adjustments in coordination with the Commercial team. * Ensure effective transition to production by leading PP Meetings with the factory and reinforcing critical points. * Ensure compliance with factory procedures, communicating and reinforcing operational guidelines during style development and production. **What do we offer?** * Formal employment contract from day one. * 100% employer-covered EPS health insurance starting from the second month. * One paid day off and a birthday gift card. * Four half-days off during summer.
