Production Operator

Job Summary: We are seeking production operators for the Woven Upper department, responsible for machine verification and maintenance, as well as textile quality control. Key Highlights: 1. We are a company dedicated to manufacturing textile products for footwear—uppers, fabrics, and upholstery laminates for various applications. We are currently seeking production operators for the Woven Upper department. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed secondary education, * Commitment and responsibility. * **Teamwork** * Positive attitude. * Willingness to learn RESPONSIBILITIES: * Verify proper machine operation. * Perform cleaning of your work area. * Verify correct machine lubrication and proper operation. * Inspect fabric quality and repair issues caused by needles and threads. * Check thread tension to prevent needle breakage. * Verify the number of threads on the machine and coordinate with the straight-line machine supervisor regarding thread delivery from inventory. * Once thread loading is complete, perform necessary adjustments to reload threads onto the machines. * Load threads onto the machines. * Verify size and design match the pattern provided by the customer. * Report any fabric-related issues to the straight-line machine supervisor. **IMPORTANT** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM; Saturdays, 7 AM to 2 PM. * Availability to work night shifts. * Immediate availability. * **Responsibility and punctuality.** * Competitive salary commensurate with the position, with potential increases based on performance, learning, and development in the role. **Specific Competencies**: * Problem-solving. * Communication **Work Location:** Av.
