Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Supervisor with experience in the textile industry to plan, organize, supervise, and optimize production processes, lead teams, and ensure achievement of targets and quality standards. RESPONSIBILITIES * Plan, organize, and supervise execution of the production schedule, ensuring achievement of established objectives. * Coordinate tactical plans with leaders of various production processes. * Maintain ongoing coordination with Logistics and Maintenance departments to ensure operational continuity. * Monitor operational processes, promoting continuous improvement and resource optimization. * Supervise and lead operational staff and production leaders. * Conduct daily tracking of production targets and their proper fulfillment. * Monitor and analyze productivity, efficiency, waste, and rework indicators. * Manage operational incidents by proposing and implementing corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and internal procedure standards. * Prepare periodic reports on production progress and results. * Lead, mentor, and develop production leaders to strengthen departmental performance. REQUIREMENTS * Technical or university degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Production Supervisor in textile industry companies. * Proven experience managing and leading operational personnel. * Knowledge of production planning and control. * Familiarity with production KPIs. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (preferred).
