Job stability A textile industry company is looking for a **Textile Pattern Maker / Modelist with solid experience** to join our product development team. We seek a technical, detail-oriented, and results-driven professional with expertise in pattern creation and development, able to interpret and transform designs into high-quality garments. **Responsibilities** * Develop and optimize patterns for apparel * Ensure proper fit, drape, and hang of garments * Interpret technical specifications and designs for pattern creation * Proficiency in pattern-making software (preferably AUDACES) * Coordinate with design and production departments * Maintain and organize the pattern archive * Supervise or guide junior modelists when required **Requirements** * Technical or university education in Fashion Design, Pattern Making, or related fields * Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience as a Modelist or Pattern Maker * Mastery of manual and/or digital pattern-making techniques * Ability to interpret technical drawings and design specifications * High attention to detail and precision in pattern construction * Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects * Strong communication and teamwork skills **We Offer** * Monthly salary * Job stability * Integration into a professional team in the apparel sector * Opportunity for development in production projects Job Type: Full\-time Work Location: In person
