




Job Summary: A certified accountant is required for cost analysis, estimations, accounts payable management, subcontractor and guarantee control, payroll processing, financial reporting, tax settlement, and document archiving. Key Responsibilities: 1. Cost analysis and construction cost forecasting. 2. Comprehensive financial management and regulatory compliance. 3. Preparation of key financial reports for decision-making. A certified accountant is required to perform the following functions: * **Construction cost analysis:** Prepares detailed revenue and expense reports, comparing actual expenditures against the project’s initial budget. * **Estimations and forecasts:** Assists in planning and adjusting future cost estimates based on the project’s current performance. * **Accounts payable:** Manages payments to suppliers of materials and services according to established schedules. * **Subcontractor control:** Validates valuations and invoices submitted by subcontractors, ensuring that performed work matches billed items. * **Guarantee management:** Maintains control charts for insurance policies, bank guarantees, and other documents securing contract execution. * **Payroll processing:** Processes payroll for workers and field personnel, including calculations of social benefits, CTS (Compensación por Tiempo de Servicios), and statutory contributions (e.g., AFP or insurance). * **Financial reporting:** Prepares project-specific balance sheets and income statements, critical for managerial decision-making. * **Tax settlement:** Ensures all transactions comply with current tax regulations (e.g., IGV/IVA and Income Tax). * **Document archiving:** Organizes and safeguards physical and digital supporting documents (invoices, shipping guides, contracts) substantiating the project’s financial execution.
