Position Summary: Accounting Analyst with experience in real estate, construction, and agricultural sectors, responsible for coordinating financial records, tax liquidation, and cost control. Account analysis, preparation of financial statements (FS), and cost control **A Real Estate and Agricultural Company is seeking two ACCOUNTING ANALYSTS** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting with over 2 years of experience in accounting and tax-related roles * Minimum preferred experience in accounting for real estate, construction, and agricultural sectors. **Knowledge in:** * Tax, accounting, and labor regulations. * Project cost management across all stages of construction processes, preferably. * Knowledge of export and import tax regulations, preferably. * Tax return filing. * Management of deductions, withholdings, and collections. * Analysis of accounting accounts. * Support in preparing financial statements (FS). * Proficiency in Siscont accounting software. * Advanced Excel skills and analytical capability. * Organizational skills, teamwork, and proactivity. * Strong communication skills at all levels. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the recording of payment vouchers, bank reconciliations, and analysis of accounting transactions. * Validate records for tax liquidation. * Prepare general provision entries. * Monitor and record production costs for projects. * Manage deferred costs and revenue recognition. * Analyze the entire accounting process. * Implement project cost control systems to improve profitability and efficiency. * Support the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and management reports (consolidated and by business unit). * Organize inventory and cost controls. * Coordinate with relevant departments. **Agreement and Conditions:** **Location:** Óvalo Higuereta / Cabitos Station **Working Hours:** Mon-Fri 9:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. | Sat 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. **Payroll Inclusion** Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,800.00 – S/.2,400.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
