Job Summary: We are seeking a visually talented and adaptable content creator to design, produce, and manage the social media strategy for a growing brand. Key Highlights: 1. Design and manage content strategy for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. 2. Produce, edit, and write persuasive visual and multimedia content. 3. Lead the visual identity of a growing brand in a dynamic environment. Location and Work Mode * **Work Mode:** On-site (Full-time). * **Location:** San Juan de Lurigancho (Near Hacienda Metro Station). What Will You Do in This Role? * **Strategy and Planning:** Design and manage the monthly content calendar for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. * **Audiovisual Production:** Record and photograph content (products, reels, *behind the scenes*, and trends). * **Visual and Multimedia Editing:** Edit graphic and video assets using CapCut, Photoshop, Lightroom, or Premiere. * **Copywriting and Management:** Create persuasive copy, schedule posts, and keep platforms consistently active and up to date. * **Growth and Metrics:** Monitor post performance, adjust strategy based on results, and support influencer/collaboration campaigns. Ideal Candidate Profile * **Visual and Aesthetic Sensibility:** Excellent visual judgment, aesthetic sensitivity, and attention to detail. * **Innovative and Adaptable:** Always up to date with TikTok/Reels trends and emerging digital platforms. * **Proactive:** Initiative to propose disruptive ideas and ability to organize and deliver work on time. Requirements * **Tool Proficiency:** Proficiency in CapCut and familiarity with Photoshop, Lightroom, or Premiere. * **Experience:** 1–2 years of experience in content creation or social media management (highly valued in fashion, accessories, or retail sectors). * **Portfolio:** A portfolio or examples of previous work (videos, reels, or designs) is preferred.
